Todd Kilsdonk, President

Todd Kilsdonk is the President of Verifiable Results and is responsible for the strategic direction of the company. Having worked for a number of “big companies” he understands the dynamics that drive decisions. He also understands the need to be cost-effective. Todd’s direction to the team is “to do the right thing for the client and not to shoehorn the solution.” He directs the appropriate resources to help the customer. As Todd often states “we just need to understand what our clients are trying to accomplish”.

Doug Baucom, Vice President

Doug Baucom, PE, serves as Vice President and is responsible for quality control. During his career he has been responsible for designing complete electrical systems for new chemical manufacturing processes, as well as upgrading old systems. He is well acquainted with process instrumentation procurement, installation and calibration and has considerable experience in the programming and implementation of PLC controls. Doug has also performed Arc Flash assessments and provided training in Arc Flash awareness and Lockout/Tagout at numerous production facilities throughout North America.

None of what we do is shared with the client until Doug and Todd have had a chance to review the deliverable.
